The announced access deadline was October 18, 2026, 19:26 (UTC+8). Project viewing, video exports and resource downloads are no longer available through this website.
Beta projects do not transfer to Medeo 1.0.
Remaining paid entitlements and refunds
The shutdown does not end support for unresolved refunds. Eligible refunds are based on paid credits that were unexpired and unused at the read-only cutoff on September 18, 2026, 19:26 (UTC+8).
- Annual plans also include credits already paid for in the remaining annual period but not yet available for use.
- Used, expired, already refunded or transferred entitlements are excluded. Promotional credits are not cash-refundable.
- Payment history, previous compensation and tasks accepted before the cutoff must be reconciled to avoid duplicate or missing refunds.
No new refund application is required under the announced refund plan. For the status of a particular payment or an unresolved refund, contact support.
